Strategic frame agreement signed

Libra-Plast AS have entered into a comprehensive frame agreement with the Dutch owned company Damen Shipyards Group for a 3-year period.

Libra will deliver all external doors and hatches to the Workboats division within Damen over a period of 3 years, with possibilities for extension of the agreement.

“Damen and Libra have been working closely together shaping this agreement for a while now, and it’s an honour to be able to deliver our quality product to one of the biggest shipyard groups in the world and I’m glad to see this come into action” says Sales Director Armand Nystad.

“The agreement states Libra’s position in the maritime market and are of significant value in respect of building the company further and into the future. In Addition, we would like to thank Damen for the cooperation and trusting us with this agreement” says CEO Einar Pieroth.
